Creative Content Producer & Digital Strategist
Location: Melbourne (WFH/ Hybrid)
Commitment: 12–15 hours per week (Monthly Retainer)
DOF Studios is seeking a hands-on Creative Content Producer & Digital Strategist to create, coordinate and execute content across our digital channels. This role is responsible for the end-to-end production of content, from initial ideation and filming through to scheduling and performance reporting. You will play a key role in an upcoming relaunch, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence across social media, email, and web.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Creation & Visual Storytelling.
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media and content strategy aligned with our brand identity and content pillars.
- Define and maintain our editorial direction and visual storytelling across platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and produce photo & video content (Reels, campaigns, product storytelling).
- Manage content calendar, scheduling, and publishing.
- Write engaging captions, newsletters, and campaign messaging.
- You must be comfortable being both in front of and behind the camera, producing content that feels authentic, elevated and on brand
2. Digital Operations & Publishing
- Calendar Management: Own the content calendar, ensuring all scheduling and publishing is managed with precision across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Website Management: Maintain and update website content (Shopify) to ensure imagery and messaging are consistent with current social campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Manage daily community interaction—responding to comments and DMs to build a strong brand-to-customer connection.
- Asset Coordination: Organize and edit raw production assets for various uses.
3. Partnerships & Performance
- Influencer & Community: Manage end-to-end influencer coordination - from outreach and briefing to receiving assets and providing creative feedback.
- Full-Cycle Execution: Total ownership of publishing and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn and any other platform
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on metrics weekly, identifying what content is driving engagement and conversion to inform future planning
TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- The Toolkit: Proficiency in CapCut, Figma, and Canva. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).
- The Platforms: Native understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, - Klaviyo, and shopify experience will be highly regarded.
- The Eye: A strong portfolio in fashion content creation with a keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of what performs on socials.
