DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $30 AUD.

Complimentary international shipping on all orders over $499 AUD value.

All international orders are shipped with FedEx.

Once your order has been placed, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to your email. If you don’t receive this email, check your junk folders.

Delivery is expected within 5–14 days from dispatch depending on location. During promotional or holiday periods, delays can occur.
Expected shipping times are an estimation provided to us by shipping couriers.

Any shipping delays experienced once the goods have left our warehouse are beyond our control.

STANDARD SHIPPING


We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150.

Standard orders within Australia are delivered via Australia Post registered mail. You will be required to sign for your delivery.
If nobody is home at the time of delivery, a parcel slip will be left, and your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping with Australia post is 5-7 business days.
During promotional or holiday periods, delays can occur. Expected shipping times are an estimation provided to us by shipping couriers.



EXPRESS SHIPPING


We offer $15 AUD express delivery within Australia.

Express orders within Australia are delivered via Australia Post registered mail.

You will be required to sign for your delivery. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, a parcel slip will be left and your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office.

The estimated delivery time for express shipping with Australia post is 1-3 business days. During promotional or holiday periods, delays can occur.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. 

All discounted styles marked as "sale" on the product page or discounted during a flash/promotional sale with a code/automatic discount can be returned for a credit note or size exchange only.

 



FAULTY ITEMS

DOF Studios footwear and accessories are meticulously hand crafted in Italy. Each style undergoes an extensive quality control process. 

Replacements will only be provided if an item is defective or damaged. 

If you believe there is a fault with your order, please take some photos & contact our customer care team at customercare@dofofficial.com

Do not wear the item if there are any visible faults upon their arrival to you.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, email customercare@dofofficial.com.

 



RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order.

You must apply for a return authorisation number prior to sending back your goods.

You can initiate a return here.

Any returns received without an RA number or prior approval from DOF Studios will not be accepted

Returns are processed every Wednesday. 

Item/s purchased in warehouse sales and other promotional sales will need to be returned at the expense of the customer, unless faulty.



CONDITIONS OF RETURN

 

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The bottom of the shoes must not have any signs of wear beyond light marks from trying them on. We recommend trying shoes on soft flooring such as a carpet or rug.
  • Refunds are eligible on full priced items only.
  • Full price items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.

 

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost

$15 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount.

Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. 

Styles marked as "final sale - size exchange only“ on the product page are eligible for size exchange only, pending size availability. 

If your desired size is not available to exchange, you cannot return the item for store credit or refund.  



REFUNDS - FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY

Once your return has been received and assessed you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a notice of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to clear into your account. 



LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

1. Please double check your bank account if you are unsure whether your refund was received.

2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS  (if applicable)

Only full priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. A credit note will be provided in the case of a returned sale item\s.

 



ARCHIVE SALES

 

Items purchased in DOF Studios’ archive sales cannot be returned or refunded, and credit notes will not be provided. 

All sales are FINAL. Please consider this before purchasing.
