Finale Sale – Return & Exchange Policy

As we close the DOF Studios chapter and prepare for our relaunch, our Finale Sale is being run under different terms to our usual policy. Please read carefully before ordering, as all sales are final in most cases.

No Refunds: All items purchased during the Finale Sale are final — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Exchange-Only Items:  All items are exchange only unless marked "Final Sale" and may be exchanged for a different size or style, provided the item is returned within 5 days of delivery, unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging intact. If your desired size or style isn't available, you may choose an alternative item of equal value, or receive a credit note. No refunds or cash returns will be provided.

Final Sale Items:  Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or credit note. All Final Sale purchases are strictly final.

Condition Requirements: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. We recommend trying on shoes on a soft surface to keep soles in original condition. Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

Freight: Return freight is the customer's responsibility. If exchanging for another item, standard freight charges will apply for the item sent back out to you.
