DO YOU OFFER A WELCOME DISCOUNT?

Yes. DOF Studios offers a 15 % welcome discount when you sign up to our mailing list. To redeem your discount code, check your email inbox and junk folder. You can enter the code at the checkout to redeem the offer. Please note, the welcome discount cannot be used in with any other discounts and is only valid on full priced items.

Will I need to pay for customs & Duties?

DOF Studios calculates duties and taxes based on the location of your shipping address. Duties and taxes are pre-paid at the checkout. For more information we recommend contacting your local customs office. DOF Studios is legally required to declare the full amount of the order and include invoices.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

DOF Studios can be found at select retailers both Australia-wide and internationally. Head to our stockist page to find your closest location.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?

All items on our online store are priced in AUD. You can choose your local currency via the currency selector at the bottom of our website.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes. We offer returns & exchanges within 14 business days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Shipping, Returns & Delivery page for more details.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECIEVE A FAULTY ITEM?

If you receive a faulty item, please email customer care with your order number and an image of the faulty item. Once we receive your request we will refund or replace the item/s.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Please contact customer care with your order number and the incorrect item/s. Once we receive your request we will make sure you receive your original order!

How can I use my discount / Gift Card code?

Once you are finished shopping, proceed to the check-out page. You will then be able to enter any discount codes / Gift Cards and your discount will then be applied.

Why isn't my promo code working?

make sure you double check your promo code or Gift Voucher code when entering it. Please note that codes are sensitive to capital letters.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, CAN I BE NOTIFIED IF IT RE-STOCKS?

Yes! When an item is out of stock you can submit your email address to be notified of when your size is re-stocked.
