I wasn't sure how this sandal would sit on the ankle when I first saw it but I've never seen anything like it. Confirmed: fabulous. They're also comfortable, and I've tweaked the ankle strap in a way so I can wear this shoe in two ways: as it's designed to be worn (as pictured), and with an extra twist around the front for a more strappy look (and some effort to lock-in the chain, but it's doable). Beautifully fitted too, and super light so no dragging (which I find in most sandals these days).
I bought these about a week ago and haven’t yet had a chance to wear them. That said, I tried them on and they look SO cool. I have never been a boring fashion kind of person, but still like a sleek and chic look. These will work perfectly to add a little bit of excitement to my summer linen sets. I wasn’t sure about size - I normally wear a 37.5 in open toe shoes and was worried about a 37 being too small. The 38 is probably more than I needed but because the shoe is adjustable, it will work fine! Confusingly, my running shoes are a 39-39.5, so it’s hard to know what size to buy anymore!
