RETURN POLICY


At DOF Studios we want your online shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. And of course, we want you to love your shoes!

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at customercare@dofofficial.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase outlining your reason for return so you can be issued with an RA number. Returns received without an RA number cannot be accepted.

Please note that in order for refunds/exchanges to be approved the below criteria must be met:

1. The product must be returned to us in original condition, unworn and undamaged including the shoebox.

2. Items must be returned in their original packaging.  Returns without the shoebox will not be accepted. 

3. Item must be returned with an assigned RA Number.

Returns and Exchanges are processed each Wednesday.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

FULL PRICE ITEMS 

If you are returning a full priced item within Australia, our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label. 

Replacement items will only be shipped after the item has been received.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are not available for refund but can be happily exchanged or credited. Credit notes are issued with a 12 month period to be re-used.

For items purchased on sale, the customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. 

Replacement items will only be shipped after the item has been received.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

REFUNDS

We offer refunds on full price items only in accordance with our policy as above.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.  

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before sending to you, but sometimes we may miss something.   

If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of goods and we will let you know the next steps. Full refunds are provided for items that are accepted as faulty.
